Sudarshan is a Mechanical Engineer & an MBA in Marketing by education & has undergone a MEP course from IIM Ahmedabad. He has over 28+ years of hands-on field experience in Sales, Packaging Development, Product Management & is among the premier resource for Secondary and Tertiary Packaging in India. He has led various teams in  developing innovative solutions  for customers in the segments of Automotive, Engineering, Durables & Appliances, Solar, Furniture, Ecommerce, Man-Made Fibre, Paper, Lubes, Beverages and several others Segments. The teams led by him have won various prestigious awards  for innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.

 

He is also on the Managing Committee of the Institute of Packaging Machinery Manufacturers of India (IPMMI) & is a speaker at various Industry forums on Packaging.

 

Prior to starting his consulting firm, Sudarshan has served at Signode as Director Sales, Director Training & Development & has also occupied various other Senior level Management & Pan-India Business Head positions at Signode, (which was also known as ITW Signode earlier.) He is widely travelled and possesses a wealth of knowledge on Secondary and Tertiary Packaging Solutions.
